Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do
The Training methods and techniques originally developed by Bruce Lee. Jeet Kune Do translated as "Way of the Intercepting Fist" incorporates 4 ranges of defense: Kicking, Punching, Trapping Hands, and Joint Locking/Grappling. Bruce Lee researched and experimented with methods from many systems of martial arts, using there essence of these arts in there given ranges. The methods had to be practical and economical, with no wasted motion. The main arts he drew from are : Wing Chun, Western Boxing, Fencing, Savate, and Jujitsu. JKD practitioners train in an environment that helps develop spontaneous and deceptive combat skills with an emphasis on adaptability. It is a continuum of perpetual motion, yet there is a flow of stillness that encapsulates awareness, perceptiveness, and intuition making them among the most skilled practitioners in the world.

Filipino Kali
Kali is a realistic self defense system from the Philippines. It is known mainly for its use in weaponry, particularly the stick and edged weapons. In order for one to defend themselves against a edged weapon, one must be familiar on the use of one. And because of using weapons in ones hand it will develop attributes such as hand speed, agility, timing, and proper body mechanics faster then any other style. Kali also develops left and right neuromuscular coordination through its sensitivity and sinawali drills using various weapons.

Practitioners learn sweeps, throws, traps, nerve striking and more. The self defense applications of Silat are numerous, particularly in empty-hand attack situations, and its value as a "street style" is high with the emphasis on a short engagement time and strong finishing techniques.

Kenpo Karate
Kenpo defined, as "Law of the Fist" is the first American Martial Art introduced in Hawaii in 1941 by James Mitose and later structured as a system by Ed Parker. Kenpo uses linear as well as circular moves, using intermittent power when and where it is needed. Interspersed with major and minor moves that flow with continuity. It is flexible in thought and action so as to blend with encounters as they occur. Students are encouraged to alter moves but not the underlying principles, to fit individual body structure. Kenpo teaches how to maneuver so that the opponent unwittingly places himself in a precarious position.
