Hello and welcome to RDMAA. My name is Robert Teodorczy, owner and chief Instructor of RDMAA. I have over 28 yrs Martial Arts Experience along with over 23 years experience with the Somerset County Sheriffs department. Working inside the Jail for all these years I have witnessed and been involved with the escalation, and physical confrontations of REAL fights.

Unlike some other martial art instructors I have learned what works and doesn't work in real life situations and have pursued the Arts and Systems that tend to work in REAL ENCOUNTERS. I like to say that these arts don't look as pretty and flashy as other arts but are much more effective in real fights.

The bottom line is that REAL fights aren't pretty.

I have trained with and continue to train with some of the best instructors in the world which include: Dan Inosanto, Richard Bustillo, Bob Orlando, Greg Alland, Paul Vunak, Larry Tatum,Royce Gracie, Steve Tarani, Bruce Corrigan, Cris Sayoc, and retired Seal Team 6 Member Dennis Chaulker to name just a few.

I continue my training so that I can share my knowledge to my dedicated students and prepare them both mentally and physically for realistic street encounters.
