Our Mission is to help students develop the necessary skills so that they can adequately defend themselves in a wide range of situations. We do this by stressing no-nonsense training. We employ specialized training methods and equipment which are designed to accelerate a student's knowledge and abilities. We also take a personal, individual approach, recognizing that each student is a individual whose size, shape, strengths, weaknesses and personality are unique to them. In order to do that we keep the classes small so that everyone receives the individualized attention needed to succeed. Our students are helpful and supportive of each other. They encompass all ages; young children ranging from 5- 14 in our Kids classes and 15 to 60 in our Adult Classes.
Our promise to you is to provide safe and exciting classes;to provide a good workout while learning and understanding the concepts and principles needed to sucessfully defend yourself. Through our program you will gain improved confidence, conditioning, health, mental focus and self-awareness which will ultimately make you a better human being.
